.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...

Moderate easterly winds will generate moderate choppy conditions
across the regional waters through at least Friday. NHC`s latest
trajectory and intensity forecast, Erin is expected to move off to
the northeast of the Northeast Caribbean by Saturday evening. Based
on this forecast, the outer bands of Erin could begin affecting the
region as early as Saturday morning and most likely around Saturday
evening. Under this weather pattern, marine conditions will
deteriorate by the upcoming weekend. Mariners and visitors are urged
to closely monitor the evolution of Erin.
