.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high pressure across the central Atlantic will continue to
promote moderate to locally fresh trade winds, shifting east to
southeast in the weekend. Isolated thunderstorms are expected to
develop each afternoon over the western waters of Puerto Rico. A
tropical wave will move across the eastern Caribbean around Tuesday.
