.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high pressure across the central Atlantic will continue to
promote moderate to locally fresh trade winds, gradually shifting
east to southeast tonight through Monday. Isolated thunderstorms are
expected to develop each afternoon over the western waters of Puerto
Rico, small craft should exercise caution. Ahead of Tuesday`s
tropical wave, a wind surge will bring fresh to locally strong
easterly winds through the midweek.
