.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Expect fresh and locally strong east to east-northeast winds due to
a strong surface high pressure over the central Atlantic. These
conditions will persist throughout the workweek, resulting in rough
and hazardous seas across most local waters. Trade wind showers will
arrive across portions of the local waters, promoting occasional heavy
rains and stronger gusty winds.
