.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high-pressure system over the central Atlantic, combined
with a vigorous tropical wave, will promote moderate to locally
fresh winds through the weekend. The tropical wave will reach the
islands tonight, increasing the frequency of showers and
thunderstorms through the entire weekend. Hazy skies due to Saharan
dust are anticipated on Monday.
