.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high pressure over the Atlantic and tropical waves moving
across the Caribbean Sea will promote moderate to fresh trades over
the next few days. Seas will slightly subside from this morning
onward, however Small Craft should continue to exercise caution due
to winds. Afternoon thunderstorms are expected each day over portions
of western Puerto Rico and surrounding waters.
