.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A broad surface high pressure over the north-central Atlantic will
continue to promote moderate to locally fresh easterly winds across
the regional waters during the next few days, keeping choppy to
occasionally rough seas. In addition, a north-northwesterly swell
spreading across the local Atlantic waters and passages from
Wednesday evening through Thursday evening will worsen marine
conditions, leading to hazardous seas and dangerous conditions for
small craft. As a result, Small Craft Advisories will be in effect
starting Wednesday evening.
