.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Light to moderate winds from the east southeast will prevail as a
surface trough moves across region today into the weekend. Marine
conditions are expected to improve during the day as the energy
diminishes across the local waters. An upcoming trough followed
by a tropical wave will result in an increase of shower and
thunderstorm activity resulting in localized hazardous marine
conditions during the weekend.
