...Lows Thursday morning could be at or just below freezing in
some low-lying areas in the Concho Valley, Heartland, Northwest
Hill Country and Northern Edwards Plateau...

Clear skies, light winds and dry air will allow temperatures to
drop into the lower to mid 30s for overnight lows. In some low-
lying areas and along river valleys, lows could be at or just
below freezing. Those with sensitive outdoor plants may want to
bring them inside tonight. Temperatures are expected to climb out
of the 30s between 8 AM and 9 AM Thursday.
