* At 300 AM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 8.44 feet.
* Action Stage:   15.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
* Forecast: The Colorado River at Ballinger is forecast to rise above
  Action Stage by early Sunday afternoon, then fall back below by
  Sunday evening.
