...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the North Concho
River...

For the North Concho River at Carlsbad:
* At 630 AM CDT Saturday the observed stage was 3.49 feet.
* Action Stage:   10.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    12.0 feet.
* Forecast: Given the expected rainfall across the area through
  Sunday, the North Concho is forecasted to rise above action state
  Sunday afternoon and then crest just below the flood stage of 12.0
  feet by Sunday evening.

Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio, local TV and radio stations, or
cable TV outlets, for the latest weather information, as additional
rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
