...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the San Saba
River...

For the San Saba River at Menard:
* At 130 PM CDT Saturday the observed stage was 3.43 feet.
* Action Stage:   8.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river is forecast to rise above the Action Stage of 8
  ft between 7 AM and 1 PM Sunday, and to crest near 9.8 ft by 7 PM
  Sunday. This is expected to stay below the Flood stage of 18 ft.

Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio, local TV and radio stations, or
cable TV outlets, for the latest weather information, as additional
rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
