            Delayed report: wind damage to 110 ft tall
            Derrick crane oil well servicing unit, and
            15 ft tall oil well pumping unit knocked
            over. The pumping unit was attached to (sits
            upon) a concrete pad that is 20 ft long.
            West Texas Mesonet site at Mertzon reported
            wind gusts of generally 40-50mph between
            940pm 6/5 and 1214 am 6/6, with a peak wind
            gust of 54 mph at 1044pm. Time of LSR
            estimated based on time of peak wind at West
            Texas Mesonet.
