.DISCUSSION...
Currently at San Saba the temperature is 98, the RH value is 32
percent and the wind is from the southeast at 7 mph. An outflow
boundary to the north is moving south and should approach the fire
in the next 30 minutes to one hour. Expect gusty north winds to 25
to 30 mph as the outflow boundary moves through. Winds should
eventually decrease and become south an hour or two after the
outflow boundary passes. In addition, isolated to scattered
showers and thunderstorms are possible along and ahead of the
outflow boundary. Any storms that develop may produce gusty,
erratic winds, brief heavy rain, and lightning. RH values should
approach 70 percent by 10 PM and reach a max around 93 percent
Friday morning.
