.DISCUSSION...

Winds will start light and variable, gradually becoming more
southerly by sunrise at 5 to 10 MPH throughout the day.
Expect a minimum RH this afternoon around 40 percent. RH will
recover to around 80% by midnight 95% by daybreak Tuesday.
We will continue to see a chance for scattered afternoon and
evening showers and thunderstorms today and again on Tuesday.
Expect gusty and erratic winds associated with any storms
that develop.
