The latest conditions at the Mesonet site at Haskell (1030 PM):
RH 63 percent, wind from the east at 2-3 mph. Winds overnight
will be from the southeast at 3-6 mph, and RH will climb above
80 percent after 3 AM. The maximum RH will be 90-92 percent
around 7 AM. Expect south-southeast winds increasing to around
10 mph on Thursday morning, and RH dropping to near 53 percent
by Noon.
