.DISCUSSION...
Light south to southeast winds will prevail today, although an
occasional gust near 15 MPH is possible. Temperatures will
continue to be hot, in the mid 90s. The RH values will decrease to
a minimum of 40 percent late this afternoon and then increase to
around 60 percent by midnight, with a maximum RH near 95 percent by
daybreak Tuesday. The minimum RH values will be 35 to 40 percent
late Tuesday afternoon.
