The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a
Fire Warning at the request of Sutton County Emergency Management for
northwestern Sutton County.

* AT 446 PM CDT, a dangerous wildfire was located approximately 6
  miles southwest of Sonora, moving rapidly north and northwest.

* Evacuation Area...the fire is north of SCR 403 and approaching SCR
  104 (Bloodworth Road). Residents along Bloodworth Road should be
  prepared for possible evacuation.

* Additional Information...Smoke and fire will present a threat to
  life and property.

Smoke from the fire may spread across Interstate 10 between Mile
Markers 388 and 397 and cause dangerous drops in visibility. Use
caution when driving west of Sonora. Be alert for safety officials
and fire crews.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Evacuate quickly and follow all safety instructions from local
emergency management officials. Do not drive into smoke.
