Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 907 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 15 inches of rain have fallen over some parts of the warned area. Flooding is ongoing, and expected to continue for several hours as runoff continues from this heavy rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, O.c.
