...The National Weather Service in San Angelo TX has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Clear Fork Brazos River Near Fort Griffin affecting Shackelford
  and Throckmorton Counties.

For the Clear Fork Brazos River...including Roby, Hawley, Nugent,
Fort Griffin...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING TO EARLY SATURDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Clear Fork Brazos River near Fort Griffin.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 39.3 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    38.9 feet on 10/21/2018.
