...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Fisher, Haskell and Jones.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    stationary thunderstorms from Rule to Stamford to Neinda to
    Sylvester and Longworth. This will cause arroyo and small
    stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Rule, Neinda, Mccaulley, Sylvester,
    Noodle, Sagerton, Longworth, The Intersection Of Us-180 And
    Ranch Road 126, Tuxedo, Busby and Gannon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
