This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have already fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Wastella, Longworth, Champion, Gannon, Capitola, Busby, Camp Boothe Oaks, and Lake Sweetwater. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 254. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
