...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Coke and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 415 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 109 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Robert Lee, Blackwell, Bronte, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near
Paint Creek Recreation Area, Sanco, Fort Chadbourne, The
Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662, The
Intersection Of Highway 158 And Ranch Road 2059 and Oak Creek
Reservoir.
- This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
Ross Rd. crossing Bouzier Creek, Marrow Loop crossing east
Kicapoo Creek, Hamilton crossing, Graham Valley crossing,
Fields crossing, Collier crossing, Hurley crossing, and Old
Angelo crossing Antelope Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
