...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL MCCULLOCH COUNTY...

At 514 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
with light to morerate rain lingering over the warned area. Prior
very heavy rainfall occurred since 415 PM, and the McCulloch County
Sheriff Office reported widespread street flooding in Brady, with
numerous road closures. Additional rainfall will be less than one
quarter of an inch, but flooding of streets and low-lying areas is
ongoing.


HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Brady, Brady Lake and The Intersection Of Us-190 And Ranch Road
  1311.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
