The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of west central Texas,
including the following areas, Crockett, Irion, Schleicher, Sterling
and Sutton.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Kimble, Mason,
  McCulloch, Menard, Nolan, Runnels, San Saba, Taylor and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms will spread
    across much of West Central Texas through this evening. Most
    areas will see rain totals of 1 inch across the area, with
    pockets of heavier rainfall of 1 to 2 inches, and localized 3
    to 5 inches are possible mainly across the Heartland and
    Northwest Hill Country. This will cause some flooding of city
    streets and low water crossings.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
