Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will develop overnight into Sunday morning, with very heavy rainfall expected once again. Many areas have the potential to see rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches, with isolated totals over 8 inches possible.
