* At 520 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicates strong to severe
  thunderstorms across portions of Union County in southern
  Arkansas, and in portions of extreme northern Claiborne and Union
  Parishes in Louisiana.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
