The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  Central Red River County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 1156 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Manchester,
  or 12 miles north of Clarksville, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Silver City, English, Bagwell, Clarksville, Farmers Hill,
  Manchester, Negley, Harris, Albion, Bryarly, and Annona.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
