...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN RED RIVER COUNTY UNTIL
915 PM CDT...

At 830 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Manchester, or 16 miles northwest of Clarksville,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Clarksville, Bagwell, Manchester, Detroit, Negley, Silver City,
  Woodland, Albion, Kiomatia, Kanawha, Redland and Bryarly.
