CENTRAL SAN AUGUSTINE AND NORTHWESTERN SABINE COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM
CDT...

At 540 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rosevine, or 27 miles northwest of Toledo Bend Dam, moving north at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Milam, Hemphill, Rosevine, Patroon, and Sexton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
