...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BOSSIER AND WEST
CENTRAL WEBSTER PARISHES UNTIL 9 PM CDT...
At 813 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cotton Valley, or 15 miles south of Springhill, moving west at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Cotton Valley, Ivan, Rocky Mount and Couchwood.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
