...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NACOGDOCHES...EASTERN ANGELINA
AND SOUTHWESTERN SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Douglass to 6 miles south of Nacogdoches
to near Etoile to 9 miles east of Huntington to near Rockland.
Movement was north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Nacogdoches, Melrose, Woden, Etoile, Martinsville, Douglass, Trawick,
Sacul, Zavalla, Cushing, Appleby, Chireno, Broaddus, Lilbert, and
Looneyville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
