Today will be cloudy and warm again with another series of showers and storms setting up behind a stalled frontal boundary. The Tyler area will likely see scattered showers through the morning as rain develops ahead of the boundary. Rain will become more defined in a line of potentially severe storms during the afternoon hours. This line will not propagate eastward, as individual storms move to the northeast along the stalled front. Right now, it looks like the Tyler area will be included in this persistant line of rain, helping keep RH from dipping below 67% and making the soil more saturated. Rain chances will return tomorrow, although the exact location of any rain is uncertain right now. Surface winds will be southerly at around 12-15 mph today, with gusts up to 20 mph, before weakening overnight. .SATURDAY...
