.DISCUSSION...
Dense fog is ongoing this morning across the districts, resulting
in saturated grounds. This will hang around through the morning
prior to gradually lifting by the afternoon. RH percentages this
afternoon will sit between 60 and 70 percent, with mixing heights
along and south of I-20 nearing 3000ft. To the north, mixing
heights will only settle around 1500ft. Breezy southerly 20 ft
winds will prevail through the period, trending between 5-10 mph.
