.DISCUSSION...
Warm and humid conditions will remain in the fire districts over
the next couple of days, with afternoon highs in the low to mid
90s. Mixing heights will climb above 4000 ft each day, with Min RH
values ranging between 45 to 60 percent. Despite upper ridging
over the area, isolated to widely scattered showers and
thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon. The lesser rain
chances will be across our East Texas districts, and into
adjacent portions of Northwest Louisiana, where the center of the
upper ridge sits in place. Can`t rule out some isolated low clouds
and patchy fog each morning, especially in locations that receive
rainfall. That includes this morning. Winds will remain from
South-southwest generally between 5 to 8 kts, but could be higher
in and around thunderstorms.
