.DISCUSSION...
Rainy conditions are ongoing and will continue through Wednesday
evening. Local flooding of rivers and urban areas is possible,
especially south of I-30. A Flood Watch is currently in effect for
the southeastern half of the CWA through Wednesday night. Drier
weather will return for Thursday before rain chances return Friday
afternoon. With current rain totals ranging from 1-3" with more
on the way, conditions being dry enough for prescribed burns on
Thursday or Friday are thought to be unlikely. /57/
