.DISCUSSION...
Cloudy, chilly and wet start to the work week with meteorological
winter in full bloom now on the first day of December. We will
push out the rain overnight over our LA Districts and with
clearing skies, perhaps a little frost to start the day. We will
see a nice pattern into midweek with southerly winds back after
Tuesday, and only for a short time before our next cold front.
Look for SE wind Wednesday to back to E and NE overnight. This
next front will keep us below average through the work week, but
some warmer afternoons are expected by the weekend. Overall, fuels
are wet now and the min RH will not be an issue in this colder
air.
