...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Oklahoma...
Arkansas...

  Little River At Horatio affecting Sevier, Little River, Howard
  and McCurtain Counties.

For the Little River...including Horatio...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO LATE SATURDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little River at Horatio.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, The boat ramp recreation area at Wilton,
  Arkansas downstream from Horatio is flooded and closed. Also the
  golf course west of Horatio, Arkansas suffers from overflow.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 29.5 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    29.8 feet on 12/04/1982.
