* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Western Union County in south central Arkansas...
  Northern Columbia County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Lafayette County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Southern Nevada County in southwestern Arkansas...

* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 646 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Magnolia, Stamps, Waldo, McNeil, Buckner, Willisville, Bodcaw,
    Village, Mount Holly, Lisbon, Wesson, Calhoun, Mount Vernon,
    Laughlin, Ebenezer, Medlock, College Hill, Spotville, Lamartine
    and Marysville.
