...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the following
  counties, northern Howard and northwestern Sevier and southeast
  Oklahoma, including the following county, central McCurtain.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1017 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Umpire, Broken Bow, Gillham, Athens, Wright City, Valliant,
    Millerton, Hochatown, Oak Hill, Glover, Golden, Slim, Burg,
    Ringold and Rufe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
