...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...
Red River At Grand Ecore affecting Red River, Natchitoches and
Grant Parishes.
For the Red River...including Grand Ecore...Minor flooding is
forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Red River at Grand Ecore.
* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowlands in the Red
River floodplain between levees take place.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 27.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Wednesday morning to a crest of 34.0 feet early Thursday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
