...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east Texas, including the following counties,
  Angelina, Nacogdoches and San Augustine.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rain and thunderstorms will increase across the area early
    this morning leading to an additional 1 to 2 inches of
    rainfall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

  Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red
  River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, and Texas, including the
  following counties, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Sabine and Shelby.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.
