Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - While much of the rain has ended across the Watch area, creeks, streams, and rivers continue to rise due to excessive runoff from the earlier rainfall totals that ranged from 3 to 5 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 6 inches.
