The Flood Watch is cancelled for another portion of northwest
Louisiana, including the following parishes, Bienville, Claiborne,
Red River and Webster.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana,
  including the following parishes, in north central Louisiana,
  Caldwell, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Ouachita, Union and
  Winn. In northwest Louisiana, Natchitoches and Sabine.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
  heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy runoff continues in the wake of this evenings
    thunderstorms.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
