Corrects previous non-tstm wnd dmg report
from Dana Point Harbor. A damage survey was
conducted and it was determined that a
tornado/waterspout likely did not occur due
to damage that was observed and no tornadic
or waterspout rotation signatures were
observed on radar. Information from previous
report: Wind damage in east Dana Point
Harbor. Winds from a heavy rain shower
lofted a 12-foot segment of chain link fence
with privacy fabric and threw it 70 feet
across a parking lot.
