.DISCUSSION...
Partly to mostly cloudy today with highs in the mid 80s. 20 percent
chance of storms from 12PM to 6PM, highest chance after 3 PM. Most
rain and lightning will be high based with sprinkles/light showers
at the surface, but cloud to ground lightning and brief heavy rainfall
may occur. Elevated light showers/storms may occur during the overnight
hours as well.

Similar weather is expected for Friday with a 20 percent chance of
afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Best chance for these to occur
after 12 noon until 6PM. Confidence is higher on this day to see the
best chance for heavier rain/more lightning with any storms.

Gusty and erratic winds at times near any storms that form, highest
confidence of occurrence on Friday afternoon.
