It will be cold with high humidity as precipitation gradually
increases today, starting out as snow or a rain/snow mix, then
changing to rain by late morning. Rain will continue through Friday,
changing back to snow late Friday. Southwest winds and
temperature to increase Thursday. Strong westerly winds Friday
will turn northwest and diminish Friday night as showers end. Dry
and warmer Saturday and Sunday with weak winds.
