.DISCUSSION...

High pressure conditions are in place across the region, with mostly
clear skies and light winds expected for Monday night. Winds will
become westerly on Tuesday during the afternoon, with RH values
dropping down to around 27 percent. This will recover to around 50
percent overnight on Tuesday, but then drop even lower on Wednesday
to around 20 percent on Wednesday afternoon due to further building
of the ridge with warmer temperatures. Because of this, conditions
will be more favorable for fire ignition and spread on Wednesday.
