.DISCUSSION...
Gusty westerly winds up to 20-25 mph expected to continue
overnight into Thursday morning, eventually tapering off by noon.
Lighter winds will continue through the remainder of Thursday and
into Friday with easterly winds in the afternoon and westerly
winds in the overnight and morning hours. Afternoon high
temperatures generally in the low to mid 70s. Thursday`s minimum
humidity falls to near 35% with drier conditions closer to 20%
Friday afternoon with the lack of the onshore flow effects.
Overnight moisture recovery near 60-65%
