.DISCUSSION...
Brisk north-northwesterly winds gusting to 25-30 mph will continue
through the next few hours, gradually waning between 1-4 AM PDT.
Lighter winds follow for early Friday morning staying largely
variable into the afternoon. Strong northwesterly winds pick back
up around 8 PM PDT Friday evening, with gusts to 25-30 mph
expected. Staying warm and dry in the afternoon with fair moisture
recovery to near 50 percent tonight and Friday night.
