.DISCUSSION...
Southwesterly sea breeze winds channeled through the San Luis Rey
River Valley are expected to persist through the afternoon with
gusts near 14-16 mph. Upvalley sea breeze winds to weaken
1900-2100, with light drainage flow taking over- very weak (<5
mph) easterly, downvalley winds expected overnight. Marine layer
clouds based around 1800-2000ft MSL expected overnight, aiding RH
recovery up to ~90 percent. Afternoon humidity on Monday expected
to be down to 60-65 percent with similar upvalley sea breeze
winds. Mixing heights around 1800ft AGL today remain fairly
shallow into tomorrow, closer to 2300-2500ft AGL. Similar drainage
winds expected again Monday night.
